Kevan works across design strategy, UX, service design and user research, helping organizations understand their users more intimately and designing experiences, products and services to meet their needs.
He has worked globally on projects across the public and private sector with several agencies, including IDEO, TPX Impact(formerly Futuregov), and Doblin/Deloitte. He has also led design, research and innovation projects in-house at Tesco, one of the world’s biggest retailers.
Through his company, Sensemake, Kevan helps teams ask the right questions, understand their customers better, and uncover what their products or services should address first.
